This house really intrigues me. I wish I knew its story. Its on the way to one of the lakes we fish at, very close to the US CAN border and no where near town. I wish now that I would have taken a peek inside so next time I probably will. I was going to but then I got this funny idea that maybe some hermit would jump out and yell at me.
Well those who know me know that I have another passion in my life and that one includes fishing….with you know who 🙂
The first few pics are of our shore lunch at Fowl Lake on the border of Ontario and MN.
The others are of our catch at Hurion Lake, my Northerns was 30″ and the bass we caught that day was unusually large 🙂
Now that I’m back to working full time I sure appreciate the weekend again. Though I always seem to think I’ll get more done than I ever accomplish.
I am almost finished the bears paw I had hoped to finish yesterday. I have about an hour left, I’m doing a free hand version of a pine bough and berries picture my customer brought me and its been slow going but I think its working out. Maybe I’ll get it finished tonight.
No fishing this weekend but we are getting ready to go on a fly in trip next month. I can hardly wait.
I’ll be sharing pictures of course. I’ve never been in a float plane before but I’ve always wanted to. I’m told that the fishing is amazing at these remote northern lakes and I can only imagine the scenery as well.
Here are a few more of our trip pics
this little guy was so cute and I esp love this pic
I know its not that hot here compared to many places but after being in an air conditioned office all day and driving home with the ac on this house with no ac is hot!! Soon I’ll head to the basement and hopefully finish the bear paw quilt on my machine.
